UPVC Flat Sheet

        The products are made under advanced technology with scientific proportion, using polyvinyl chloride resin

 ( abbr. PVC) as main materials, mixing with red soil, anti-UV agent and other chemical materials.

 1. Features of the product:  

    (1) Fire retardant: it is a kind of non-flammable materials with oxygen index OI of≥32

    (2) Anti-corrosion: it resist chemical corrosion and its life span is over 3 times longer than zinc panels.

    (3) Impact capacity: resist impact, tensile and hardly breakable.

    (4) Weather resistant: The UV agent mixing in the sheets can truly resist the damage of ultraviolet ray. Its 

          life span is especially long.

    (5) Low noise: When it rains, the noise is more than 30dB lower than the metal roofing.

    (6) Beauty: It has rich and bright colors.

    (7) Environment:protection: It does not contain asbestos with no carcinogen released.

 2. Specification:    (1) Thickness:1.0mm,1.2mm, 1.5mm,2.0mm,3.0mm;    (2) Color:white, blue, greeor according customer request;    (3) Width:1000mm,1200mm;    (4) Length:30m/roll or based on requirements of the customer 3. Application scope:    (1) water channels ( gutters) in factories, warehouses& markets, etc;    (2) Face panels of foamed sandwich sheets or inner partition walls;    (3) Bottom panels of metal sandwich sheets;    (4) padding of wood panels;    (5) Face panels of anti-moisture doors or used in the decorative industry.    (6) Acid or alkali basin in chemical industry.
